Returns & Exchanges
At MT Axle Supply, we stand behind the products we sell and want our customers to be confident in their purchase.
If you need to request a return, please review the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
Item is unused and uninstalled
Item is in original packaging
Item is in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is provided
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Please contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical or electronic components once installed
Installed or used parts
Special-order or custom-built items (including custom axles)
Custom-cut materials
Clearance or final-sale items
Labor or service charges
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before installation.
Special Orders & Custom Axles
Custom-built or special-order items may require a deposit and are not eligible for return once production or procurement has begun.
We strongly encourage customers to verify specifications before ordering custom products.
Condition of Returns
Returned items are subject to inspection.
Items that are not returned in original condition or that show signs of installation or damage may be denied or subject to a processing fee.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
Please allow reasonable processing time for returns and refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
For freight shipments (including axles), damage must be reported at the time of delivery and noted before accepting the shipment.
