At MT Axle Supply, we stand behind the products we sell and want customers to purchase with confidence.
30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns must be approved prior to return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical or electronic components once installed
- Installed or used parts
- Special-order or custom-built items
- Custom-cut materials
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Labor and service charges
Special Orders & Custom Axles
Custom-built or special-order products may require a deposit and are not eligible for return once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for verifying specifications prior to ordering.
Condition of Returns
Returned items are subject to inspection.
Items not returned in original condition may be denied or subject to a processing fee.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
For freight shipments, damage must be noted at delivery.
