MT Axle Supply – Special Orders & Custom Axle Policy
Special-Order & Custom-Built Products
Certain products sold by MT Axle Supply, including custom-built axles and special-order components, are manufactured or sourced specifically for the customer.
Because these items are built or ordered to customer specifications, additional policies apply.
Deposits
Special-order and custom-built products may require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of order.
Deposits are non-refundable once production, fabrication, or procurement has begun.
Order Accuracy & Specification Verification
Customers are solely responsible for verifying all specifications prior to ordering, including but not limited to:
Axle capacity rating
Hub face measurement
Spring center measurement
Bolt pattern
Brake type and size
Suspension configuration
Lift or drop requirements
Electrical compatibility
MT Axle Supply builds and orders products according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Orders cannot be modified once fabrication or procurement has begun.
No Returns on Custom or Special Orders
Custom-built axles and special-order items are not eligible for return.
Because these items are manufactured or sourced specifically for the customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Production & Lead Times
Estimated production or delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy.
Lead times may vary due to manufacturer schedules, supply chain delays, or material availability.
MT Axle Supply is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Pickup & Delivery
At this time, axles are available for:
Local pickup at our designated location
Pre-arranged delivery to approved service areas
Freight shipping is not offered unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Customers are responsible for proper transportation and securement of products upon pickup.
Inspection at Pickup
Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of pickup.
Acceptance of the product constitutes confirmation that the order matches the specifications provided.
Cancellations
Orders for standard in-stock items may be cancelled prior to pickup.
Custom or special-order products may not be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.
