Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products sold by MT Axle Supply may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty applicable to a product is provided solely by the original manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

MT Axle Supply does not provide any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer warranty documentation for coverage details, exclusions, and claim procedures.

No Additional Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All products and services are provided “as is” and without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No employee or representative of MT Axle Supply is authorized to modify or extend warranty terms unless confirmed in writing.

Installation Responsibility

Many products sold by MT Axle Supply are load-bearing, mechanical, and safety-critical components.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees:


Proper installation is solely the responsibility of the purchaser or installer.


Installation should be performed by a qualified and experienced professional.


All manufacturer torque specifications, weight ratings, and installation guidelines must be followed.


Components must be matched correctly for axle rating, bolt pattern, brake size, bearing size, and trailer application.

MT Axle Supply is not responsible for damages resulting from:


Improper installation


Incorrect torque application


Failure to follow manufacturer instructions


Use outside of rated capacity


Modification or alteration of parts


Pre-existing trailer or vehicle conditions


Fitment & Load Rating Verification

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify:


Axle weight capacity


Hub and brake compatibility


Bolt pattern


Bearing and seal sizing


Suspension configuration


Electrical compatibility

Improper fitment or overloading may result in component failure. MT Axle Supply is not liable for damages arising from incorrect product selection or over-capacity use.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and installing products sold by MT Axle Supply, the buyer assumes all risks associated with installation, use, and operation of those products.

This includes risks of property damage, mechanical failure, personal injury, or business interruption arising from improper installation, misuse, overloading, or failure to maintain equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MT Axle Supply shall not be liable for:


Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


Loss of use


Downtime


Loss of revenue or profits


Oilfield contract penalties


Towing expenses


Property damage


Personal injury arising from improper installation or misuse

MT Axle Supply’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Exclusive remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Professional Installation Recommended

Due to the safety-critical nature of trailer components, professional installation is strongly recommended.
